ErgyNatal is a formula specially adapted to meet the nutritional needs of the expectant mother.

During pregnancy, iron requirements increase to support the baby's development, placenta formation, and the mother's increased blood volume.

This formula has been optimised by the addition of methylated vitamins B9 and B12, an active form for better assimilation. Reformulated in a vegetable capsule, ErgyNatal is guaranteed to be free of colourings, preservatives and allergens.

The mother's consumption of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contributes to the normal development of the eyes and brain of the foetus and breastfed infant.

The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 200 mg of DHA, in addition to the recommended daily intake of omega-3 fatty acids for adults, i.e., 250 mg of DHA and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA).
