Psyllium seeds are rich in mucilage and water-soluble fibers obtained from the seed coating. These are part of the group of dietary fibers that are not absorbed by the large intestine.

They contribute to intestinal transit and intestinal function, help to soften stools and promote bowel regularity. Psyllium seeds help control blood cholesterol levels.

Take 2 vegetable capsules daily with a large glass of water (250ml), or as directed by your doctor or healthcare professional.
