Shake before use (invert the bottle once).
Take in the morning on an empty stomach.
Under 50 years old: 15 ml/day.
Over 50 years old: 45 ml/day for one week (kick-start effect), then reduce to 15 ml/day.
It is recommended to take for 3 months.
