Solgar Skin, Nails and Hair is a food supplement that provides a complex of vitamins, minerals, and amino acids that act on the health of the skin, nails, and hair.

Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen for the normal functioning of skin and cartilage and contributes to the regeneration of the reduced form of vitamin E.

Copper contributes to the maintenance of normal connective tissues and to the normal pigmentation of hair and skin.

Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, hair, and nails.
